Terms of use

Inshorts.com offers a personalized service that gives customers access to interactive films and series (intshorts.com-content) that users can stream over the internet to computers and mobile devices that have an internet connection and are compatible.

Use of this service is subject to these terms of use. In these terms ‘service’, ‘the service’ or ‘intshorts.com’s service’ all relate to this personalized service that intshorts.com offers as well as to all content on and from intshorts.com including all options, functions, reviews, recommendations, the interface and design, the website itself and any other content or software related to our service.

1. Your account and purchases
   1. With each purchase you pay a one-time fee for a membership that gives you access to a piece or several pieces of intshort.com-content that consists of one or several interactive films. This membership will continue until you close your account, intshorts.com ceases its service, that particular piece of content is taken off intshorts.com or your account is closed.
   2. To use our service you must have an internet connection and a compatible device. Before getting access to our service you must have finalized payment through one of the provided payment methods. Payment is only considered finalized once it’s been accepted through the used payment method. Once it’s accepted you may not revoke your payment.
   3. Prices can differ over time and between intshorts.com-content. For each separate piece of intshorts.com-content additional terms may apply.
   4. You have no right of a refund or cancellation if you buy intshorts.com-content more than once. This also aplies if you buy the same product multiple times on a single account.
   5. Intshorts.com-content may rely on third-party technology to function. By making a purchase you agree that you do not qualify for a refund if you cannot watch intshorts.com-content because you refuse additional terms from these third parties.
2. Promotional offerings
   1. We or one of our promotional partners may offer you special promotions (promotions). Intshorts.com has the right to determine terms for each promotion and can discontinue, cancel or revoke a promotion at any time. Intshorts.com can also cancel your access to intshorts.com-content or the intershorts.com service if you do not meet the terms of a promotion.
3. Closing your account
   1. You can close your account at any time. By doing so, you will immediately and irrevocably lose access to any and all intshorts.com-content you purchased. Payments for intshorts.com-content you had access to through your account will not be restituted. This includes payments for intshorts.com-content that you have not watched. After closing your account it cannot be restored, meaning you can only get access to intshorts.com-content after closing your account by making a new account and purchasing the intshorts.com-content again. You can close your account through your account settings when logged in.
4. Intshorts.com service
   1. You have to be 18 years of age to purchase any of the intshorts.com-content. If you are under 18 years of age you may only use this service under adult supervision.
   2. Intshorts.com services and any intshorts.com-content available are meant for personal and non-commercial use. You are not allowed to share your account, log in details or any of the content you have access to through your account. For the time you have an account, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the intshorts.com service and watch intshorts.com-content. No rights, ownership or stake is transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public screenings.
   3. Available content may change from time to time. There is a limit on the number of devices you may watch content on as well as a limit on the number of countries, places and ip addresses you may watch content from. You are not allowed to watch intshorts.com content on more than 6 different devices. You are not allowed to watch intshorts.com-content from more than 6 different locations or ip-adresses. Intshorts.com can monitor your account to enforce such limits. If your account is determined by intshorts.com to be accessed more, from more devices, more locations or more ip addresses then is likely for a single user, we can end or limit your use of our service or access to our service.
   4. We may change or test new features or designs for the intshorts.com website as well as intshorts.com-content.
   5. Intshorts.com-content or the service of intshorts.com may be temporarily unavailable. Reasons for this include but aren’t limited to maintenance, changes or updates of the site and/ or intshorts.com-content.
   6. You agree not to archive, duplicate, copy, distribute, change, sell, publish, license or show content and information from intshorts.com or accessed through the intshorts.com service. You agree not to circumvent, delete, change, deactivate, hinder, limit or otherwise interfere with protections placed on content by intshorts.com. You also agree not to use automized means like robots, spiders, scrapers or crawlers on our service, website, software or other products and processes available through our service. You also agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble our content, code or products or extract any content from our service. You agree not to upload, e-mail, place or otherwise send us content or material meant to hinder, halt or limit the functionality of software, hardware or other parts of providing the intshorts.com service or intshorts.com-content. This includes software viruses or other computer code, files or programs. We can end or limit your use of our service or access to our service if you violate these terms or use our service in an illegal or fraudulent way.
   7. The quality of the intshorts.com-content as well as its loading time can differ between devices and moments. This can be influenced by a large number of factors, like location, available bandwidth and/or speed of your internet connection as well as your internet provider. You are responsible for any and all costs for internet access. Ask your provider for more information about these costs.
   8. Any content on intshorts.com, including its code and website, may only be used for viewing the content on the intshorts.com website through an account through which access to that specific piece of intshorts.com-content has been purchased.
   9. The person that has created the intshorts.com account and/or paid for access to the content is responsible for all activity through the intshorts.com account. This person must monitor any devices with access to the intshorts.com content and isn’t allowed to share login details like his/her password with any other people. We can end or limit your use of our service or access to our service if you violate these terms or use our service in an illegal or fraudulent way.
5. Miscellaneous
   1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. You agree that any claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to our service and these Terms of Use, shall be determined by Dutch court and according to Dutch law.
   2. Intshorts.com does not accept any unsolicited submissions, materials or ideas for content and is not responsible for any similarities between intshorts.com-content and material or ideas that are or have been submitted, transmitted or send to intshorts.com
   3. If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   4. Intshorts.com may change these terms of use. We will notify you 30 days before such changes apply to you.
   5. We will send you information relating to your account like payment details, changes in password and confirmation messages in electronic form only, for example via emails to the email address provided during registration.
